It's a MOGA Pocket, and using ZeeMouse lets me map its buttons to the keyboard, as explained in the first post, as well as map the joysticks to either the mouse axis or keyboard buttons (neither of which are working in this case, but both of which work everywhere else).
I'll attach an image of my GC Pad settings, but I don't see how that will help. It just looks like the default.
