dolphin r7419 makes a beeping noise on keyboard

hey guys i downloaded dolphin r7419 last night in my thoughts its the best running one on my computer but the problem is when i get into the game it makes a enyoing beeping sound i changed every opition and it still beeps i have made a video to explain so here is the link
