Luigis mansion runs at 35fps and mario sunshine runs at 30fps. I can give you a list but it still runs. but now it wont even start a game period it just shuts down as it starts the first bit. its not about speed or accuracy its about the thing won't even start anymore. at first it only started with full screen on but now it wont even do that.
Dolphin aim for accuracy ( sacrifice speed in most case though some games gain more speed)
Even if latest DOlphin worked for you , Would you find it enjoyable to play game with super slow speed like 5 FPS ?

Dolphin requirement
