WWE '13 thread is the official game thread so any question about this game should be posted in there. No comment for days/weeks/months doesn't mean the thread is dead. But a lot of guys tend to post their questions about games in "Support" forum (or elsewhere) rather than in official game threads.
Now Shonumi has said everything that has to be said. This game is very demanding. With your CPU you'll get correct speed but not full-speed. Correct speed meaning not necessarily playable enough (for this game at least).
Btw when you post in a game thread if you get no answer after a few days you can PM me (if I created the thread) but I regularly have a look to all threads in "Game Support" forum so it's weird if I don't quickly answer to posts
