Hello, again, everyone! :-)

I would like to say that I get a new rig and I would like to know which settings are useful for me on this new rig so that I can benefit the most from dolphin 3.5. It is a lenovo desktop board, model H520, in case you wanted to knew. I will play the game WWE '13.

Mainboard: Intel H61 chipset, Lenovo MAHOBAY
CPU: Intel Core i3-3220 3.3 Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GT 620 1GB
Memory: 4GB DDR3 1333 Mhz
OS: Windows 8 64-bit

These are the main details that you need. If there is anything else I haven't mentioned and you need it, feel free to ask.
Thank you in advance and I await your response.

P. S. May you please, tell me what is the option EURGB60 (Pal60) mode about? It tends to slow down this game, as it forces it(correct me if I am wrong?) to run to 60 FPS. I am better off with the option turned off. But please tell me, if there is anything useful about this setting, because I consider it to be useless, so you might as well have plans to remove it. Just my opinion. Again, correct me if I am mistaken. I would also like to tell you that I have tested it and it runs pretty nicely; for 1-1 matches, sometimes it gets over full speed.

In the future, try not to hijack someone's thread. Either make your own thread about how well your hardware will perform with Dolphin in the Hardware Forum, or ask how your computer will run this game in it's official game thread

No matter which settings you use, you won't get fullspeed in this game. It's quite demanding and requires overclocking. Neither your current CPU or motherboard support overclocking either. You should get playable speeds, however, ~60-70%. You probably won't be able to set your IR very high with a GT 620 without slowing down. I don't know a lot about GPUs; you might expect around 2x IR, though I'm just guessing. As far as I know, there are no specific settings necessary for this game. Use the defaults if you're unsure.

It's supposed to make PAL games that run at 50 FPS run at 60 FPS without affecting the game's internal speed. Someone said it does that same thing with PAL games that run at 25 FPS (bumping them up to 30 FPS). If your game is not PAL (NTSC-U or NTSC-J), you do not need to use this option. Raising the FPS will affect how "smooth" animations appear to you, but as you've noticed, there are performance costs sometimes.

Again, this is rafael's thread, so if you have further questions, post in the links I provided above.

First of all, I apologize, I didn't wanted to hijack someone's else's thread; I just thought that, after I posted on the WWE '13 thread and waited for a number of days to receive a comment and haven't received it, then it came to my mind that the WWE '13 thread has been started for over 6 months and I haven't seen a comment on that thread recently, I just thought that it was inactive and I would not get an answer there so this is why I decided to delete the post from there and post here instead, on this thread that I, personally, started. But anyway, thank you for clarifying. I will be paying more attention when I will be reading the rules and do my best to follow them.

So, on-topic; From your experience you say that the defaults should be suitable on this game. Very good, that's something that I like to hear! :-) Now, on to IR, I don't care that much about the looks. 1.5x IR should suffice for me. I am not looking for great looks. I care most about performance while also looking decent. Oh, and one more question that I would like to ask you, is there any difference in using fixed resolutions and Auto (Window Size)? For example, what is the difference between using 2x IR (1280 x 1056) and Auto (Window Size) when full screen resolution is set to 1280 x 1024? What would you recommend?

Thank you very much for your time and wish you all the best! Be happy and have a great life!

WWE '13 thread is the official game thread so any question about this game should be posted in there. No comment for days/weeks/months doesn't mean the thread is dead. But a lot of guys tend to post their questions about games in "Support" forum (or elsewhere) rather than in official game threads.

Now Shonumi has said everything that has to be said. This game is very demanding. With your CPU you'll get correct speed but not full-speed. Correct speed meaning not necessarily playable enough (for this game at least).

Btw when you post in a game thread if you get no answer after a few days you can PM me (if I created the thread) but I regularly have a look to all threads in "Game Support" forum so it's weird if I don't quickly answer to posts Tongue

Very fine, then, thank you for clearing things up. Whenever I am questioning something, I will check to make sure I post in the correct thread. Thank you very much for your help and I wish you a happy and healthy life.
You may close this thread, if that's what you have to do, because it is solved. Thank you!

With all due respect and best regards,

Don't blame on Dolphin
You need a better PC . That onboard Intel GPU is unsupported in recent Dolphin
You may find some ancient Dolphin version that work with your onboard GPU however...
Btw , Pentium 4 is single core CPU with Hyper Threading (1 core 2 threads) which is totally worthless for Dolphin

I know i'm getting a better pc once I have the money but I don't get why it wont work its worked before with no probs so why take that away? if its not supported then they might as well take down that sys requirements that says my cpu will run it.

There are many reasons...
Dolphin aim for accuracy ( sacrifice speed in most case though some games gain more speed)
Even if latest DOlphin worked for you , Would you find it enjoyable to play game with super slow speed like 5 FPS ?
Quote:with no probs
I doubt that . *Hint : graphic errors are caused by ancient onboard / integrated GPU
Dolphin requirement

Quote:take down that sys requirements that says my cpu will run it.

Quote:Bad: The Intel Pentium 4 is not going to get the job done. While it technically will run games, they will never be fast enough to play at enjoyable speeds. This processor wouldn't be worth using at all

I get 25fps on Metroid and full speed on sonic gems collection. namco museum runs flawlessly. Luigis mansion runs at 35fps and mario sunshine runs at 30fps. I can give you a list but it still runs. but now it wont even start a game period it just shuts down as it starts the first bit. its not about speed or accuracy its about the thing won't even start anymore. at first it only started with full screen on but now it wont even do that.
