Bug
I've been encountering a near-constant game-breaking issue across most games I play on Dolphin. At certain points during gameplay, Dolphin will crash entirely from an entirely blank error message box with the subject simply being "Question".

I just finished Super Mario Galaxy and came across this issue almost immediately after the credits starting rolling. I even played the final level again while utilizing save states and it happened again at the exact same time. I've also encountered similar issues at seemingly random points in time during my recent playthrough of Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door.

What exactly is causing this issue to happen so frequently?

The error pop-up should work properly (instead of it deadlocking Dolphin) if you turn off Dual Core and Pause on Focus Loss. As for the reason why Dolphin is trying to show you an error message, it depends. The text that's shown when the error pop-up works properly should give us a hint.

So as it turns out, just as I turned off Focus Loss (I already had Dual Core turned off due to performance issues), I reloaded my save state of the end credits and it worked just fine. I'll post on this thread again if I encounter any other issues.
