dolphin quality toggle

can someone make a quality toggle for the next svn of dolphin that would make the game look less appealing but run faster?i'd really appreciate that

Depending on your specs (unless you have an underpowered GPU compared to CPU), it will just make your game look worse without gaining much speed. (The settings that affect speed most are those under "hacks" in the graphics config, like EFB copy/access and texture cache. Also, disabling some of these can cause bugs that makes some games unplayable.
