Dolphin pull down menu issues

I'm trying to use the emulator on a Note 9. It opens and runs but I can't swipe down to access the in game dolphin menu. Swiping down pulls down my android menu, but not the dolphin menu. I've uninstalled, deleted all files, and reinstalled it a couple of times. I also tried installing it from the play store and the newest versionfrom this site. It's probably something stupid I'm doing wrong, but I've been messing with it for a while and I'm getting really frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.

I already tried that. Game tools, game launcher, and game optimizing service have all been disabled via package disabler.

Make sure you turn it off by double press when you close dolphin so it doesn't cause burn in.

helP! I am having the same problem, how do I do this with the new Game BOoster menu?

I can't access the pull down menu.

The Game Booster menu isn't part of Dolphin, it's part of your phone. Nowadays, Dolphin's menu is opened by pressing Back (unlike when this thread was made several years ago).
