To illustrate how ridicolous your statement is in the first place, the Wii is a more powerful console than the 3ds.
While xenoblade is an impressive 3ds title it's still a small downgrade from the wii version (less objects and viewing distance), yet you can play the damn game at full speed with some minor slowdowns on a snapdragon 835 with doplhin, while the same game will run 15FPS on a snapdragon 855 on citra. Doplhin even runs the damn game better on 4k resolution doplhin than citra on 1x.
