You can't overclock the cpu in the nvidia control panel. Only gpu. Uh, it does come with the am3 bracket.

Nvidia Control Panel allows you to overclock both Gpu and Cpu
Only use it as a last resort. Though Defaults are set back to normal when your restart your computer.
