Dolphin outputs video strangely if "Immediately Present XFB" is disabled

So, for whatever reason, Dolphin has started to improperly output video if "Immediately Present XFB" is disabled. When the option is disabled, it'll either only output purple if "Store XFB Copies to Texture Only" is enabled, or output a low-res and "shaky" version of the frame if it's disabled.

To add to the weirdness of the problem, this only happens on GameCube titles. Every Wii title I've tested so far displays properly, regardless of whatever the aforementioned values are set to.

The only part of my setup that I'd consider unusual or weird is that, in addition to my GTX 970, I also have my processor's integrated GPU enabled for using a second monitor. However, I've tried disabling it and running the games as well, but the results were still the same as when it was enabled. I've also tried using every backend, and the only ones that render properly are the software renderer and the null renderer (which isn't supposed to show video output anyway).

Lastly, here's a video showing what I'm talking about:

My Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5 6600k @ 4.5GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 970 with Intel HD Graphics 530 powering a second monitor
RAM: 32GB GDDR4 3000MHz
Dolphin Builds: 5.0-6746 & 5.0-6773

Hi,
Does it works if you make a text file named portable.txt in your Dolphin.exe folder ? (It will turn Dolphin into a portable instance with default settings)

I swear there's some progressive vs interlaced option causing this. Do you by chance have our force progressive hack disabled? All Wii games support progressive scan, so, it's not a big deal there, but most GameCube games don't. And Dolphin doens't support interlaced output, so, force progressive is necessary.

Really? I have a few games where the back of the box lacks the "HDTV/EDTV Compatible" symbol...

Turns out that was exactly the problem. Don't know how the option got disabled, but everything's hunky dory now.
