Hi, I just reinstalled Windows 8.1 on my computer but I can't run dolphin. It says "The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I tried reinstalling but it dosen't work. Please reply ASAP. I really want to play my wii games now. BTW if it helps, I used to have Windows 10 but clean installed because it got messy. This is really frustrating.  Angry  Angry

Dolphin requires the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 runtime, which you seem to be missing. Installing the runtime should solve the issue.

Spoiler:
Technically it's a Windows 10 CRT thing but MSVC comes with that apparently. And you'll need MSVC 2015 anyway! https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...in-windows

Try installing this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...in-windows

It should fix the problem in a normal case, but if the Visual C++ 2015 redistributable didn't install all the DLLs, this might not be a normal case... So I'm not sure if it'll fix the problem, but it's worth a try.
