Dolphin on Windows 7 doesn´t work

I had the same error. I solved it to download the latest NVIDIA Drivers from their Webseite and installed with the setup program. Then i installed the Directx Aug 2009 end user runtime. Then i restart my computer.
Now i can play.

It worked again !!!! It seems that i updated my graphics card but it wasn´t updated with W7 in some way.
