Like ED2 said, Dolphin on Linux is DIY right now. A few people are courteous enough to provide binaries such as in this thread, and there might be a PPA online somewhere. Most Linux users here tend to compile it themselves. It's really easy, especially for Debian based systems. Have a look at the Linux Build instructions on the Google Code wiki for Dolphin, that should have all the info you need.

You could also use my program (in my signature). Its the same as building from the wiki page, but less copying and pasting . Either way, I do recommend building it your self, as other's builds may not work as well, and sometimes they may not work at all!
Checkout my latest project ( it is a program that downloads and compiles dolphin on mac and linux now): http://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu-downloader (It's unofficial and maintained by me, not the dolphin dev team) 07-27-2012, 04:08 PM
Don't forget, when you compile yourself, you can optimize your own build (quite easily in fact). Then you can take Dolphin all the way, to the max! Well, your mileage may vary with optimizations, but it doesn't hurt to look into it.

I use Dolphin on ubuntu 12.04 and get my builds from following ppa "ppa:glennric/dolphin-emu". Just add it to your software sources.
