As was stated before, the Dev Team isn't adding workarounds or Hacks for different devices on different drivers which might need them,... It would become an unmaintainable mess, and what works for 1 device might not work for the same device on a different driver.

1-As far as i know Adreno GPU does not need any driver updates unlike MALI GPU the one who does.

2- Yes agree if there is any updates absolutely Samsung who is responsible.
3-My post have never been about filing a bug report or asking the team for workaround, it is even not about drivers or anything else it is simply showing how well SD845 can handle Dolphin and for me it handles it very well and even playable .
