I have a weird fetish where I like using emulators to check out how many polygons are being displayed at a time in games. Can someone explain what the difference is between the number listed for primitives and the number below that, labelled primitives (DL)? I noticed that in some games the primitives number is in the thousands (what you'd expect a Wii game's polygon count to look like) and the primitives (DL) number is zero or close to zero, whereas in other games it's the other way around. I was just wondering what the difference is in what these two numbers represent.
