Dolphin on Intel Atom?

I have a dell venue 11 pro tablet with a quad core Intel Atom Z3770 @ 1.46GHZ with Intel HD Graphics 4000 (based) and 2Gb of ram.

Do you think it would be possible to run the 32 bit version of 4.0.2 at 1x IR and no added effects?

I'm fairly confident that the CPU should outperform the Tegra K1 and Intel HD graphics in the system is 4000 based which is known to work so what do you think?

Edit- I intend to test this when I get a chance.
