Dolphin on Galaxy Fold 3 can't see gcz files

I'm new to Dolphin and have installed it on my new Samsung Galaxy Fold 3. I have a bunch of gcz files in a folder (root/games/GC) and have tried to add the folder to Dolphin but no game files are shown under the Gamecube tab or the "Folder" tab, even after clicking "refresh".

All relevant permissions have been granted, but I just can't see why the files aren't showing.

Any suggestions?
