Dolphin (Not Recognizing Game)

Hi, I've been trying to play Twilight Princess on Dolphin however the title does not seem to pop up in the menu. It says the game is not recognized file when trying to launch it with dolphin. It has a 001 extension on the end of file, do I need to use some kind of program to change it?
