Oh sorry, I didn't see that, I'm not sure what to do then, do you have a controller to test with and see if it works?

unfortunately no, thats mainly the reason im trying to use the keyboard. I also tried having the device set to keyoard instead of standard controller, and the same thing happened. I noticed that someone on mentioned Windows 8.1. Is that a compatability issue or someting?

There are issues in Windows 8 that were addressed in 8.1, thuis could be an issue specific to your computer that could be fixed by 8.1

I just downloaded some updates, but that doesn't seem to have changed anything. However, i saw some files in the Dolphin folder that were labeled as Application Extensions. Also, they are .dll files. Are they important?

Yeah, they're needed for dolphin usually, that's why they're included Tongue

Do you have another computer you can test with?

Here is a link to my phone's specs.

Based on that, would i be able to play reasonably well?(I understand it wouldnt be full speed, but id at least like to play SOMETHING)

You need the best phone in the market to play something. With a Quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 you can play nothing decently.
