Dolphin not detecting controllers anymore

I've been quite happily using Dolphin with Xbox 360 controllers and a PS3 controller for a long time, but after I decided to try Windows 10 and then reverted back to Windows 7 Dolphin can no longer detect my controller. It still works just fine with every other program I use, only Dolphin isn't detecting it. I tried reinstalling MSVC and .NET and my Xbox controller drivers, but none of it helped. Does anybody know how I can fix this?
