I just downloaded R6430 and I'm looking for the anti-aliasing option and can't find it anywhere! any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm running:
Intel Core i5 750 @ 3.2Ghz
4Gb of DDR3 @ 1600 Mhz
ATi Radeon 5850
Win7 64 home
Am I supposed to run aliasing through CCC?

No do not force it on through the driver control panel. The d3d11 plugin doesn't support AA at the moment. dx9 supports SSAA and opengl supports MSAA and CSAA. It should be in the graphics plugin settings. However they recently merged the settings from different plugins so it might have "disappeared" in that process. Grab a revision from before 6422 (6421 or earlier). For the d3d9 plugin it should be called "SSAA mode".

Don't pay attention to the noob.

It depends on tha game. Most games have better performance and accuracy (less visual bugs) with d3d9 but their are some games that work properly with d3d11 and not with d3d9. It depends on the game.

NVCP does not have an option for supersampling. So either you are referring to transparency supersampling (which is completely different) or you are referring to the bug that allows full screen supersampling via the SSAA tool (which requires a 400 series card and special software to work).
