Alright, but that can barely be the case, because it only happens once, the first time we start a session on a day, it crashes after 10 minutes, and then it doesn't crash anymore, there is no interruption in neither of our routers, we checked the modem and everything. Happens once, and never again on that same day. There has to be something else. We are using Direct Connection btw.
