I'm sure you often hear about this kind of issue, so let me apologize for my ignorance in advance.
So, me and a friend have been trying to figure out how to set-up Netplay.
I will be hosting and have set-up my router like so:

Starting it:

Now this is the part where I'm assuming my friend must type in my IP and port 2626, he does this, and it gives him a ' Failed to Connect' error:

Is it mandatory that I switch to single-core or it won't connect?
I'm confused since there are a few tutorials out there and they all say different things.

Any help would be appreciated.
*If all else fails, if someone is willing to use teamviewer with me (preferably a staff member) that would be awesome.

Thanks in advance!

This one should be the most reliable netplay guide.

I did all that as best I could.
Not sure if I'm setting up my router wrong or what.
Firewall seems to be set-up corretly:

No audio throttle options so I skipped.

If not can someone help me test it out?

I figured it out, seems my router was setup incorrectly.
What I did was not mentioned anywhere on here.
Thanks anyways ;-)

I do have a low framerate, does this have to do with my internet connection?
