Dolphin Netplay 4.0-652 crashing upon anything!

I am on Device SDL/0/USB GamePad disabling or unplugging my webcam did nothing any other ideas? It detects on my older version of dolphin


EDIT: So a little update. I got my controller to get detected on Pad 3 tab, but it will not get detected on the pad 1 tab. On Pad 3, I would be on DInput/0/USB GamePad but when I try to load my profile on tab 1 it automatically puts me on SDL/0/USB GamePad
