hey guys does the netplay on dolphin require the nintendo wifi connection im just wondering

No, Dolphin's netplay is completely separate from Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection. You can however use Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection in Dolphin if you want to, as long as there's a working server.

i figured and thanks for the help also there is a working server its wiimfii network nwfc is dead
