Hmm.. maybe make some sort of mod or cheat to display the sparks in front of the kart instead? Would that work? I feel like it would work just fine.

I think the most practical use of multiple screens in Mario Kart is for 2-4 players. Instead of split screen, each player can have their own monitor.

Actually, A while ago, me and a friend tried playing splitscreen GC games on separate monitors. I just stretched the dolphin windowed mode over the multimonitor setup.
I set the windows up in the windows resolution manager thing so that windows thought one screen was on top of the other. Worked perfectly like that.
Edit: lol! Just noticed they've got the joystick strapped to the office chair. A true flight sim fanatic.
