Dolphin memory -> NGC memory card

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, and if not, please let me know.
I have a memory card configured for Dolphin and I'd like to export that file to a physical NGC memory card. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I believe you can use tools > mem card manager > convert to gci, then take that file and copy it to a real wii with homebrew (http://wiibrew.org/wiki/GCMM for example) and copy it to a memory card using that.
