Dolphin makes my computer crash

Hello everyone,

I'm a newbie on that forum, but I used a bit Dolphin before, especially in GC mode. During these last days, I tried it in Wii mode, with the game Final fantasy IV The after years, and each time, after between 30 and 60 minutes, my computer gets really hot and shut down. I put my whole configuration in my profile, except the fact that I am using a Dell inspiron 7520 laptop.
Thanks if you can help me.

Laptops aren't the best at staying cool, you would need to make some modifications to it for dolphin to not crash.

You maybe could replace the thermal paste or just get a fan if you are lucky.

Exactly what I thought, the problem may come from my computer's fan. I'll try to do something about that, then, cause it may come from a dirty fan too. Thanks.

Make sure the intake and vent ports for the fans are free from obstruction, like being pushed against a back wall on a desk

As I said, I play on a laptop, and my vent is on the left side of the laptop. There is some mess around, but there are still place for air to go.
