Dolphin low FPS

you wont reach full speed in many games and see which games need low cpu in game section and for setting every games is different and us different setting

sorry to say but you dont have a chance playing dolphin , nor even if your trying to play a gamecube game.
the only thing i could suggest that you get a better pc and(if is a desktop try upgrading ) and if is a laptop then youre
screw.

Upgrade your CPU...
1.6GHz is way too low for Dolphin.

Even an i7 @ 1.6GHz will have a hard time with some of the more demanding games (I have i7 @ 1.7GHz)
If you need a new PC, get one with Core i to get the best performance (i3/i5/i7 is faster than any other CPU at the same frequency)
