Hello,

before I go to the new year's eve party, a short question Smile

Today I got my new Wiimote Plus. I tried some games with the latest Dolphin and everything works just great!!

Only one game keeps annoying me: Donkey Kong Country Returns. When I start the game and go into the menu after 2-3 minutes it says constantly, that the connection to the wiimote is lost.

Is this a known issue? What can I do to solve that?

Happy new Year (in some hours Smile)!

Bye

Same thing happens to me, OP. I use a classic controller with a motion plus adapter. Would be interested to know the cause.

I had same problem. It's something with the newer versions of dolphin. Use Rev 7095 and it will all work perfect. Big Grin

I tried this revision but now I have other problems Wink The wiimote now doesn't disconnect randomly anymore, but the sound loops after some time or "screams" at a very high noise level (poor neighbors...). Also I have major issues with dolphin's saving function (saving works, but when I click "Load state" the screen is black or the well-known message telling me, that the wiimote is disonnected, reappears and stays there...).

Is there maybe a newer revision that doesn't have the disconnect issue?

Does this happen when you are playing the game??? or when you stop playing for a while??? Like set the Wiimote/controller down???

The easiest way to fix this is to. Go to Tools(in Dolphin) and click on Connect Wiimote 1. Then it should be working again.

The shortcut key for this is Alt+F5. It doesnt work for me so I do the above.
