Please fill out your profile properly so we know what specs you have, because it could be related to what CPU/GPU combo you’re running.

Heres what I'm running now.

Ask in the Ishiiruka thread, as it´s not an official fork of Dolphin. Alternatively, download latest dev and try again.
You still didn´t specify the OS version you´re using, nor the specific games you´ve tried. Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.
Rig 2: Windows 10 Pro | Intel Core i7-2640M @ 780/2800/3500 MHz | Intel HD 3000 Mobile | 8GB RAM | Dell Latitude 6320.

Same results on latest official build of dolphin, 30 fps on kirby air ride and mario party 7.
Also using windows 10 home, Version 1709, OS Build 16299.248 03-05-2018, 11:50 AM
Say *which* official build of Dolphin, please? It's useful to know what you're working with exactly.

I just deleted my config file for Dolphin and the games are running as they should be on 5.0-6414 and the Ishiiruka build. Not sure what the problem was, but its fine now.
