Dolphin lagging for Zelda Wind Waker and others.

Hey guys I have a laptop with an Intel I7 3630qm 2.4 GHz, 8 gig of ram, and radeon 7970m. That should be enough to run dolphin without any lag right? Well Windwaker has been lagging a lot and its a pain when trying to stream to the point I may have to go buy a 100-200$ capture card and just play everything on console. Anyone have any advice is it that my PC is too weak or is there some other issue?

Use the latest development version.

When I try installing it, it says The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll and VCRUNTIME140.dll are missing,do I just search those 2 things and download them?

Don't download the DLLs individually. Thats a great way to break things or get a virus.
