When I'm playing Mario Galaxy 2 I notice subtle lagging here and there. When I had V-Sync disabled, it was much more noticeable, enabling it helped a lot, but it is still there and annoying. Is there a setting I need to change? My settings: V- Sync enabled, 3× Res, Hybrid Ubershaders, Compile before starting, Vulkan

Try reducing the ir setting. It might be that game might not be able to run at full speed on you laptop in your sig with those setting.
