Dolphin keeps crashing and booting me out

So I don't know if this is just with my laptop or the current version of Dolphin but recently, the site has been crashing A LOT lately! Mostly, the game I play will freeze and kick me out for no reason. Everything should be fine, so why is this happening more than usual? I am still able to play my games, but I'm getting really annoyed by these unfair crashes and the site constantly flashing in my eyes.
