I’m playing melee and Mario sunshine, I don’t know how to post screenshots but I use the default settings.

What’s CPU bottleneck.

Simple press the print screen button or use a program called snipping tool that comes with Windows.

Cpu emulation engine: JIT recompiler.
Force NTSC-J console: off.
DSP Emulator Engine: DSP HLE emulation (fast).
DSPLLE on Separate Thread: off.
Dump Audio: off.
Audio Backend: Xaudio2.
Backend: Direct 3D.
Adapter NVIDIA: GeForce GTX 650.
Full screen resolution: 1920x1080.
Aspect Ratio: Auto.
V-Sync: off
Use Fullscreen: on.
Show FPS: off.
Auto adjust windows size: off.
Hide mouse Cursor: off.
Log fps to file:off
Keep window on top: off.
Render to main window: off.
Internal Resolution: Auto (Window Size)
Anti-Aliasing: None.
Anisotropic Filtering: 1x.
Scaled EFB copy: on.
Force Texture Filtering: off.
Disable Fog: off.
Per-Pixel Lighting: off.
Widescreen Hack: off.
Disable fog: off.
Skip EFB Access from CPU: off.
Ignore Format Changes: on.
EFB Copies: disabled and texture.
Texture Cache Accuracy: Fast.
External Frame Buffer: Disable on.
Other.
Disable Destination Alpha: off.

Try playing the games with an Internal Resolution of 1x. If you still get slowdowns, try OpenGL instead of D3D. If you still get slowdowns, your CPU is too slow for Dolphin. You can overclock your CPU (you will have to read online how to do it safely) or get a faster CPU.

Switching to a internal resolution of 1x seems to help, there’s a still a bit of slowdown but it’s not too annoying.
