Hey guys,
So I've been trying to play Skyward Sword on the emulator. We have the game on Wii but I have two younger siblings that insist on hogging it first so I thought I'd give Dolphin a try.
However, I can't seem to get it to run at more than 10-20 fps and, outside of using DX9 and lowest resolution/AA/AF setting, I can't get it to run at more than 50% speed. Even with running DX9 at lowest settings I only get about 70% and it jumps up and down.
I've been reading around and it seems like my computer can more than handle the emulator, unless there's something I'm missing.
Computer specs are as follows:
Windows 7 x64
i7 920 processor @ 2.6ghz
Nvidia GTX 260 896mb
4gb DDR3 RAM
I've watched the performance tab in Task Manager while running at both high and low settings and RAM doesn't go above 2gb usage and CPU only uses 30% of its total capacity. Anything anyone can think of that might be the problem?
