I havnt had a chance to try any other Wii games but when I try to save in the game rune factory frontier the client becomes unresponsive and I think I have no other choice but to exit the client; I havnt tried to wait and see if it becomes responsive. Anyone
know what could be causing this?
Edited for grammar mistakes

Alright so I have an i5-2310 2.9 ghz 4 core processor. It should also be noted that not only did my client freeze but it also failed to make a save game i believe. I was playing rune factory frontiers. The only file in the folder where the safe file shouldve been is the banner.bin file and a RuneFF00 file

That game´s for Wii, I guess. Are you using savestates?

Also, can you post an image of the Wii save folder?

oh and its not 4.1 its 4.0.1 for the dolphin version...

uh i just tried saving the game from within the save game feature. I tried using save states for nds emulators and didnt really work too well for me so ive been hesitant to try it on the dolphin emu, so no i havnt. are save states as reliable as just saving the game normally? If so how do i utilize the savestates feature of the dolphin client?
Ill post screens of my save folder in a sec, should i just include them in my post as an attachment?

i dont know if this has anything to do with it but i noticed that the "read only mode" has a check mark by it. Could that be causing my issues?

1- Save states are not very reliable, not more than the in-game normal saves. And to use them, select Emulation, and then in save states. There will be a list with plenty of options to save.

2- Yes, screenshots can be added as attachments.

3- Probably, but I doubt it since I normally use it and I don´t experience the issue.
