Dolphin is unable to start

When I try to start Dolphin, this error appears:

How can I fix this?

EDIT: I just got a new computer, so let me post the specs below...

CPU: Two AMD Athlon 64bit X2 Dual Core Processor 4000+
GPU: Radeon X1300/X1550 series
4 GB Ram
Runs Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

you are using a 32bit version of the vcomp100.dll with the 64 bit version of dolphin.
remove the downloaded dll, and run the vc++ sp1 x64 runtime installer to get the appropriate version of the dll file

Just to be sure, VC++ SP1 x64 is the Microsoft Visual C++ 64-Bit runtime right?
