Dolphin is now distributed on Google Play Store (again)

The difference is that you only do this once and then you will receive updates directly from the playstore automatically.

Finally I can play paper mario on my Samsung note 9 Exynos + Vulkan

But the problem is, I have save data on version 8715 which it says is not supported with new version on google play! Is there any way to use my previous month's saves? (PS. I am in chapter 2 , I cant start from the beginning again )

You have to download the older version again (preferably from https://dolphin-emu.org/download/) in order to load an old savestate. Then you can create a normal in-game save, which is compatible with all versions of Dolphin.

In the future, I would suggest that you always create in-game saves (optionally in combination with savestates) so that you don't run into this problem of any of the other problems that can occur with savestates

I have problem with in-game saving and for the same reason i always used quick-save. It was ok in the beginning but after a while it said "is not possible to save on the memory slot ".

You have to download the older version again (preferably from https://dolphin-emu.org/download/) in order to load an old savestate. Then you can create a normal in-game save, which is compatible with all versions of Dolphin.
