Dolphin is not recognizing my controller

I am using a PS3 controller. I had it configured and it was working fine. I then downloaded SCP Toolkit so I can use my controller when I play Dark Souls 1. Later, I go to use Dolphin and it doesn't recognize the controller at all now. I tried reconfiguring and it just doesn't recognize it.

I'm tempted to uninstall SCP but I'm curious if there's a work around.

Edit: I uninstalled SCP but Dolphin doesn't detect the controller. This is bizarre.

Um... uninstalling SCP will just break it worse...

Anyway, Dark Souls requires some light system modifications for a 360 controller (with SCP is emulating) to work. But when you do that, it will break support in most other programs, and likely Dolphin (I forget exactly, it's been a while!). How did you get 360 controller support to work in Dark Souls?

Actually. I just rolled back the driver for the controller and it works now.
