Hi everyone,
I've been trying to play Zelda the WindWaker on my mac (OS X Yosemite) but with the stable version 5.0 i only have a low number of FPS so I tried downloading a Development versions, but whatever version i pick (from today, one month, 4 month or 6 month) I have an error: "Dolphin is damaged and can't be opened. You should be put in the trash", can someone help me?

Thanks

Well that's a weird error! Are you download Dolphin from here on our website, dolphin-emu.org? And what builds have you tried?

I have never had a mac... but I found this solution
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fqzb4qpgcs

Summary: Open the terminal, write

PHP Code:
xattr -cr

(with a space at the end)
After writing it, drag the application into the terminal and then press ENTER.

EDit: If the previous command doesn't work, try this one:
PHP Code:
xattr -d com.apple.quarantine
And drag the app into the terminal.

Ugh, please don't give advanced terminal command stuff at the start of diagnosis. Just, this guide said it well.

Quote:4: Use xattr on the App Throwing the Damaged Error
This is sort of a last resort and is only recommended for advanced Mac users. ... Use this at your own risk.

Using terminal commands is the last step to recommend, not the first! Let's exhaust our other options before we go to the terminal.

...ok? Although the remove-atributes command seem to only affect the dropped app.

I guess he could disable Gatekeeper, the OSX feature that forbids installing apps from outside the app store. It must be the cause of his error.
