I'm having multiple problems with Dolphin lately that weren't in other versions and it's really bugging me off.
First, once Real Wii Remotes are connected, they don't detect in games and you have to reset the game to make it work, but Dolphin doesn't detect any input at all, despite Real Wii Remotes being detected as on. At least it is possible to connect 4 Wii Remotes. That's not the only thing, disconnecting emulated controllers won't technically be disconnected from the emulator.
Second, the Wii Remote batteries are drained very easily. It takes 3 days for Dolphin to start rejecting low battery controllers and 1 more day to completely drain the batteries. I am so tired of buying more batteries and my battery charger can only charge 4 batteries for the board.
Third, It has higher chances of crashing. Dolphin seems to crash at random, but here's the most common problems: Connecting a Wii Remote (Rarely), Loading a Mii (Rarely), Blank "Question" errors, loading a WAD or game (Uncommon), Stepping on the Balance Board (Rarely), and other stuff that doesn't make sense.
Fourth, Dual Core. I tested this version of Dolphin both Single and Dual Core. Both deliver the same unplayable results. What is weirder is that Dual Core is disabled at random, and I need it for certain stuff not to lag.
I never had those problems in previous versions except the Question crash (which still is on Dolphin since long), and the battery drain problem, which happened as soon as I bought another Wii Remote somehow.
I really need help on this because I am a streamer on Discord and I don't have any capture cards and hacking games is easier in there.
Edit: Crashing also happens when reconnecting the controllers on the Home Menu.
