In what situation did this happen? (Which game were you playing, and were you trying to do anything special in it?)

Um, did you actually go to the networking guide? Both the guide and the tool were updated recently, so, you'll need to re-extract the certificates to get the proper ones...

As I said, the tool got updated, make sure to redownload the programs if you haven't yet (especially extract_certs.exe). This message will pop in any game using network related features, regardless of whether you use the online features or not, and getting the proper certificates is the only way to prevent this message. I just followed the guide again and it gave me the correct certs on the first try, so you're doing something wrong on your end...

Do you point your My Documents folder somewhere other than the C drive? Just done this myself and noticed the error was pointing to the C drive where My Docs is on my G. Copied the files over to the directory mentioned in the error message and it worked on the second try.
