oliverfrancisco: Surely you have a few dollars saved up to buy a somewhat better PC? You're never going to enjoy Dolphin properly with that PC, it's just really really really bad.
To avoid confusion, you should also note in your "guide" that you're not able to run any games at full speed with that machine and no amount of setting changes or old build usage is going to change that fact. Basically, it's hopeless.
Pros and Cons to buying a better PC:
Pros:
1) You will be able to run games at full speed and use HD resolutions (depending on the hardware and the game).
2) You will be able to use the latest builds with new features and game fixes.
3) You will no longer have to create threads like this and scrape the bottom of the bucket in game speed.
4) Using a much better PC will make all of your computing better, faster and much more enjoyable.
Cons:
1) You have to have some money.

Also, I created the thread trying to help other new users in the forum and those who are first playing in Dolphin, not to have them criticizing my specs. (Again, I totally ADMIT that they´re totally awful for the emulator; but that´s what I can handle for now until I find a better PC.)
