Dolphin Games Only Run at 50 % FPS

Hello, so I recently installed Dolphin on my new Dell XPS 15 laptop, hoping to play some old GameCube games. Unfortunately, everything I try to play runs at 100% FPS in the menu, but throttles to 50% once in-game.

I've tested this with Super Smash Bros. Melee, Day of Reckoning 2 and Mario Super Strikers. My laptop specs are as follows:

Processor: Intel Core i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21GHz
RAM: 16 G.B. of Ram
System Type: Windows 10 (x64)
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with Max-Q Design.

V-Sync is not on and my GeForce Experience battery booster feature has been turned off. Neither has resolved the issue. I've included screen-shots of my Dolphin settings: http://fromsmash.com/66361584-690d-11e9-8d3a-0ab2f9c92664

Thanks in advance for all the help!

Does it run at exactly 50% speed, or approximately?

Exactly 50% (although if I pause the game for a while and resume I see a brief upwards spike.)

It's actually working today on all games. I had turned off the GE Experience battery booster yesterday and it didn't help. Since I restarted my computer this morning everything is running at 100%.

I'll keep you updated if anything changes Smile Thanks for trying to troubleshoot so quickly.

Looks like it was stuck in vsync at 30 fps. My laptop does that too in low power mode.
