For whatever reason, Dolphin has been forcing itself into fullscreen when I close a game. It's not the game that fullscreens, but the actual Dolphin program. Normally, I used to be able to close it and re-open it, and I would be able to shrink it, but with the latest update, I can't do anything. None of the Windows fullscreen shortcuts have any effect. This is definitely a Dolphin issue, as I haven't had this happen with any other program. This is getting fairly annoying. Any ideas?

Go to Documents/Dolphin Emulator/Config. Open Dolphin.ini.
You will find a line that reads "Fullscreen". Is it set to true or false? Rig 1: Windows 10 Home | AMD A6-1450 @ 600/1000/1400 MHz | AMD Radeon HD Graphics 8250 | 4GB RAM | HP Pavilion TouchSmart 11.

Delete that same file, then check if it still happens (you might have to reconfigure a couple of settings).
