ok, bear with me here. I know this is kinda long. So I got a new computer recently (will post the specs below) and it plays every game at full speed, and I havnt experianced any crashes or graphical glitches yet unless im changing settings while dolphin is still emulating. But I dont get any sound at all in any game, no matter what I do! Angry

I have the latest sound drivers, and it is onboard realtek HD stuff. sound works perfectly in other pc games and music and such. but dolphin is stubborn. All I want is sound in a gcb game: Pikmin 2 (great game)

help me get this working? I am willing to try other versions of dolphin, but right now im using "Dolphin SVN R 3402". i tryed fiddling around with the audio settings a bit but nothing helped. so i put them back to the default (I think)

AUDIO SETTINGS:
Enable HLE Audio *check*
Enable DTK Music *check*
Enable Other Audio (Throttle) *check*
Enable RE0 Audio Fix *not checked* (but i have before and it didnt fix)
Audio Backend *OpenAL*

ExclamationExclamation pc specs: ExclamationExclamation
MSI P6N SLI motherboard (not the platinum 1)
intel core 2 duo (e6600) @ 2.4ghz
2gb OCZ 400mhz ram
evga geforce 9800gtx+ 512mb
250gb 7200rpm HD
a big case with 9 120mm fans and 1 80mm fan.

NOTE: I also have the realtek HD Audio Manager in the toolbar running. I think I need to have that up to get sound at all.

Any help would be appreciated. Smile

Sound doesn't work in this particular game at the moment, however, you can try latest revs and see if you will have better results Smile

ok well before I got this new computer, I had a computer that could almost play it full speed, and had sound effects but the music was a little uh..spiky? it would jump from time to time. I couldnt run it full speed because of my graphics card...I am using the same version as the other computer.

any ideas? HuhHuh
