Can anybody confirm this?  I don't want to open a ticket if I'm the only one.
Games are freezing randomly upon launch at a ~50% rate.

I edited the subject from Vulkan specific issue to general issue, as it happens with D3D as well.

I'm not having the issue, is there anything in the logs? Where does it stop during initialization?

This is build 10411 that I'm testing.  I enabled the log "write to file" and toggled all the log types.  I launched NSMBW immediately after and it froze.
Here is what was in the log:

What I've found so far:
1. Only happens with BT passthrough enabled
2. Only happens if launching a game, closing it, then launching a game again
3. If I close and open dolphin before relaunching a game again, it works

Apparently recent versions of dolphin are hanging my Wii BT module. It doesn't happen with older versions.

What could be the reason?

I am having the same issues! Dolphin just locks up and shows the Windows Basic theme (Windows 7 UI). I am using an official Wii Bluetooth Module (BCM2045A, libusbK).
Really wierd, thought I was the only one. I also just ignored the issues I was having as well instead of reporting it  Undecided

Thanks for posting you experience.  Having more affected users come forward lends credibility to the issue.
I suggest for anybody else with this issue to continue the discussion in this other post by another user, just to keep everything in the same place.
