Dolphin freezes when attempting to accept the WC24 EULA

Whenever I try to accept the WiiConnect24 EULA, Dolphin freezes up. When accessed, it displays these messages:

Unknown pointer 0x04040f60 PC 0x83601160 LR 0x8000e490
Invalid range in CopyFromEmu. 20 bytes from 0x04040f60
Unknown pointer 0x04040f74 PC 0x83601160 LR 0x8000e490
After this, Dolphin stops responding and loses shortly after.

I have used the RiiConnect24 patcher as well, do I need to set custom DNS settings or something?

Disable "Enable Emulated Memory Size Override" in Config > Advanced
